The Mark – Summer 2023
In our project, we undertook comprehensive restoration by repairing sealants, installing waterproof membranes along all concrete slab edges, and executing a complete exterior painting of the building. Our building remediation project involved comprehensive sealant replacement, new scupper installation on all balconies, and targeted waterproof membrane application inside selected balcony areas. Additionally, we skillfully repaired dolomite columns to preserve the architectural integrity. Our efforts ensured safety, revitalized aesthetics, and honoured the structure’s heritage.
Four Seasons Hotel – Summer 2019
At the Four Seasons in Vancouver, we conducted concrete repairs using rope access techniques, employing a debris catcher to enhance safety. Following stringent protocols, we meticulously removed loose concrete from columns. Despite the high-traffic location, our methodical approach ensured minimal disruption while maintaining utmost safety standards.
